Event Details:

This special afternoon brings our members together to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year, recognize the volunteers and leaders who have helped shape SIBR, and look ahead to an exciting future. We'll reflect on the milestones we've achieved together, install our upcoming leadership team, celebrate the strength of the SIBR community as we continue moving forward, and wrap up with keynote speaker Trista Curzydlo, Esq. and her presentation, Alexa, Am I Breaking the Law? Legal Boundaries for AI in Real Estate.

Attire: Business casual.

Installation Ceremony: Join us as we celebrate the installation of the 2026–2027 Board of Directors and honor Mark Flesher as he assumes his role as President.

Board Updates: Hear what’s happening at SIBR and the vision for the year ahead.

Keynote Presentation: Trista Curzydlo, Esq. will present Alexa, Am I Breaking the Law? Legal Boundaries for AI in Real Estate, an engaging look at the legal considerations surrounding the use of AI in today’s real estate industry.
