Want to learn more about the real estate auction process and gain the knowledge and confidence to answer your client's questions like a pro.  Join us on Thursday, September 3rd from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a free, in-person seminar, that provides a comprehensive overview of how auctions work and what real estate professionals need to know about the process when working with clients.

Participants will explore why sellers choose the auction method, the different types of auctions available, and how auctions differ from traditional real estate listings. This seminar will also cover auction-specific rules and regulations, contract terms and conditions, contingencies, and the roles of auctioneers and real estate agents throughout the transaction.

In addition, attendees will learn what types of properties and sellers are best suited for the auction process, gain an understanding of auction fees and REALTOR® involvement, review auction success rates and market trends, and discuss common misconceptions about selling real estate at auction. The class concludes with an interactive question-and-answer session, providing participants with practical insights and answers to real-world scenarios.

By the end of this course, participants will have a solid foundation in the real estate auction process and the knowledge needed to determine when an auction may be an effective strategy for buying or selling property.
