Register Your Team for the 2026 Annual Golf Tournament!

Location: Belk Park Golf Course, 880 Belk Park RD, Wood River, IL, 62095

Tee-Time: 9:00 AM

Registration: 8:00 AM

Dress Code:

Wear your favorite football team's attire for your chance to win the best-dressed contest.

Registration Fees:

$400 per team

All invoices must be paid in full prior to the tournament. Payments will not be accepted the day of the tournament.

If you do not know all the players who will be on the team yet you can still register for the team. In the registration select "I Don't Know Yet" for the players name.
