Instructions

To apply for REALTOR® membership, you must hold an active Illinois real estate or appraisal license and be affiliated with a brokerage office that is a member of the Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® (SIBR), or establish a new brokerage or appraisal office with SIBR.

All REALTOR® members must be affiliated with a brokerage or appraisal office.

If you are establishing a new brokerage or appraisal office with SIBR, please complete this application.

Appraisal Office
For a real estate appraisal office joining SIBR as a new office.

REALTOR® Office
For a real estate brokerage or firm joining SIBR as a new office.
