Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation RD 924 with Terry Watson

Description

The SRS Designation is the highest credential in seller representation awarded by REBI® and NAR®. Less than 2% of the REALTOR® members in our association hold this designation. This would be a great opportunity to make yourself stand out from the crowd. 

Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned veteran, the SRS Course will redefine your "normal" and reinvent the way you represent sellers. Come learn tips and tools that will equip you to list in today's marketplace.

This 2-day program focuses on providing the REALTOR® practitioner with the tools necessary to represent seller clients. Particular attention is given to differing listing models, office policies, field issues, legal and code ramifications to represent sellers in today’s changing environment. Topics include, securing the listing, staging the property and marketing venues, representing the seller client when converting consumer inquiries, co-broking with cooperating agents, protecting the interests of the client when fielding multiple offers, negotiating the offer and inspection phase issues, in addition to following the pending transaction to closing

This course will be held January 7-8, 2026 from 9:00AM - 4:00PM. You must attend both days to receive credit for this course. We must be notified within 5 days prior to the class if you cannot make it in order to receive a refund for the class.

*Submit an application
*Maintain active status with NAR and REBI
