Location: Fairmount Race Track | 9301 Collinsville Rd, Collinsville, IL 62234

Who Can Attend:

This event is open to all REALTOR®, Affiliate members, friends, and spouses. 

(A NRDS number is required to participate in bidding.)


Event Details: Come join us for an evening of games, an auction, and networking with fellow REALTORS® and Affiliates.

Cost: $40 per person. 

Event Timeline: 

  • 5:30 | Doors Open
    Games, pick a prize, bucket raffle, silent auction, and dinner buffet open.

  • 6:50 – 7:00 PM | Last Call for Games
    Final chance to enter the games, bucket raffle, and pick a prize.

  • 7:00 PM | Live Auction Begins
    • Live Auction
    • Purse Auction
    • 2nd Annual Pie in the Face Contest.

  • 8:00 – 8:30 PM | Checkout & Prize Pickup

Attire: Kentucky Derby–themed attire encouraged—show off your best race-day looks with bold outfits, bow ties, and especially your favorite Derby hats!

Look for members wearing sashes—our Ambassadors are here to answer questions, make introductions, and help you feel connected to the REALTOR® community.
